Rebuild Muscle
Studies show that even a relatively brief program of resistance exercise (20 to 40 minutes per session, two or three days a week) can rebuild muscle tissue in people 50 to 90 years of age. Aging doesn’t mean you can’t get stronger!
Decrease Muscle + Joint Pain
Often, physical aches and pains are a result of weak or imbalanced muscles and connective tissues. Even just light exercises in a customized program can have you feeling better in just a couple of sessions. Strength training has even proven helpful for those with arthritis or fibromyalgia.

Is this program right for me?
Our programming is designed to help the individual optimize their physical potential. We build safe and effective exercise programming designed to suit your individual needs to achieve your ultimate state of health and help you to do the activities you love for as long as you can.
I am afraid of injuring myself during my workouts because it has happened before. How do I know this won’t happen again?
Wether your goal is to achieve greater mobility, greater strength, or helping you to come back from an injury, we will work with you and design the program that suits your body’s needs and individual requirements.
Together we will work through the right rehabilitation protocols and body maintenance programming that will ensure a safe route to help you get back to where you want to be.
I don’t have access to a gym; How will I be able to do my workouts?
If we have learned anything from COVID-19 is that we are resilient and we can make progress wherever we are and with whatever equipment may be available to us. We will structure your programming with your goals and specific requirements in mind.
I have worked with a trainer before. What makes you different?
Passion, passion passion…I love what I do, and I love to ensure you are doing the right things to achieve your goals in the most effective and safe manner. Anyone can create a list of exercises. However, I will go through them with you individually so you are able to do them properly and safely on your own. Training with me, means you have a teammate in your corner. You are never alone.
