As we get older, exercise becomes a powerful tool that gives you the power to completely change the way you live and improve the way you feel in your body.

Rebuild Muscle

Studies show that even a relatively brief program of resistance exercise (20 to 40 minutes per session, two or three days a week) can rebuild muscle tissue in people 50 to 90 years of age. Aging doesn’t mean you can’t get stronger!

Decrease Muscle + Joint Pain

Often, physical aches and pains are a result of weak or imbalanced muscles and connective tissues. Even just light exercises in a customized program can have you feeling better in just a couple of sessions. Strength training has even proven helpful for those with arthritis or fibromyalgia.

This program is designed to help individuals whom may have little to no exercise experience. You will learn how to overcome your inhibitions and concerns about exercising with injuries you are either currently dealing with or from your past.  The goal of this program is to build confidence in yourself as you establish positive habits and learn how to safely and effectively move your body to your next level of fitness.

This program is designed to help individuals who may have some exercise experience and are exercising on their own but may need help with progressive programming and establishing better connections with their body.  When life takes over, we are often sacrificing our own health and wellness in order to be available for our families, friends, employees etc., This means, sometimes we are rushing our workouts and not getting the most out of them that we otherwise could. This program will help you safely and effectively improve your technique as you build strength gains and improve your body’s mobility and flexibility.

We will assess your goals, and create and implement the precise program that aligns with your competitive spirit.

I’m a Personal Trainer who exclusively works with adults in their 60s and beyond. My goal is to ensure that my clients have the confidence to enjoy a long and vibrant life.  With precision and attention to detail, I utilize strength and conditioning programs that are specific to each client’s situation.

Is this program right for me?

Our programming is designed to help the individual optimize their physical potential. We build safe and effective exercise programming designed to suit your individual needs to achieve your ultimate state of health and help you to do the activities you love for as long as you can.

I am afraid of injuring myself during my workouts because it has happened before. How do I know this won’t happen again?

Wether your goal is to achieve greater mobility, greater strength, or helping you to come back from an injury, we will work with you and design the program that suits your body’s needs and individual requirements.

Together we will work through the right rehabilitation protocols and body maintenance programming that will ensure a safe route to help you get back to where you want to be.

I don’t have access to a gym; How will I be able to do my workouts?

If we have learned anything from COVID-19 is that we are resilient and we can make progress wherever we are and with whatever equipment may be available to us.  We will structure your programming with your goals and specific requirements in mind.

I have worked with a trainer before. What makes you different?

Passion, passion passion…I love what I do, and I love to ensure you are doing the right things to achieve your goals in the most effective and safe manner.  Anyone can create a list of exercises. However, I will go through them with you individually so you are able to do them properly and safely on your own.  Training with me, means you have a teammate in your corner.  You are never alone.
