LEARN TO CONNECT WITH YOUR BODY
This one-month program is designed to help individuals whom may have little to no exercise experience. You will learn how to overcome your inhibitions and concerns about exercising with injuries you are either currently dealing with or from your past. The goal of this program is to build confidence in yourself as you establish positive habits and learn how to safely and effectively move your body to your next level of fitness.
