For the Active Boomer



This 12-month program is designed to assist individuals who consider themselves active and are self-motivated. Perhaps you are already exercising or training for an event and are looking to improve on your overall daily habits and increase performance. We will assess your goals, and create and implement the precise program that aligns with your competitive spirit.


  • Daily exercise programming each month
  • 2x/week 15-min check-in via Zoom

Please note that the price for the full 12 months is charged up front. If you would like to discuss a payment plan option, just send us an email and we can come up with a plan that works best for you.
